The managers hate the jobs here. They are always rude to people. The woman working register on 6/21/2024 @ 9 am needs a new job. Customer facing is not for her. She refused to help 2 different people before me ..she did not come yo do actual work today

The cashier/clerk was extremely helpful. She knew what I needed and asked clarifying questions to be specific for my vehicle.

These young man that you have working at your establishments. You guys need to hire people who want jobs. I went to the store for assistance and they literally looked me in my face and tell me that they cannot do it because I was black. Racism is real. Racism is real. Can you imagine?

Went into this store to return a brand new ODB2 unit and was lied to by the manager saying that AutoZone does not accept it as a return. Contacted AutoZone customer service and was told that it was a blatant lie. Will never shop at this particular AutoZone again and will notify friends family and co workers at NYCTA MTA. Lots of potential sales out the window.

Needed a 20AMP fuse..They had all models! Bought a box, took out 5 units and returned the rest, since it was the last pack of 20amp.

These mechanics that waiting outside trying to rob certain people are ridiculous. I went to buy a radiator that calls for 1.5 hours labor. They told me $700 just labor. At dealer quote was $560 and local mechanic shop was $300. I know they trying to read you and if your white they are going to try and make there whole day on a quick job. Wouldn't that be nice lol ?. I sent a friend to ask that was Jamaican and they told him $200 lol ? real ? clown. I wouldn't even shop at this store because of this

terrible customer service !!! do not go here , you will regret it! the 'employees & security' are very rude and uneducated. they should not be allowed a job working with the public. i wish i could give 0 stars, 1 star is undeserving. visit other locations if you want good service.

I gotta say always loved autozone.I recently wanted there with the battery purchase. Someplace else, they're not only told me where I bought it. Checked it out for me completely free and charge excellent service. Definitely a patron of autozone

The workers there do not understand or come to an understanding at all, and the parking place is always crowded with engineers who come with a car to repair inside the courtyards of this company’s rights, and there are always disputes over money, an unsafe place.

I've started going to AutoZone instead of Advanced Auto Parts, because the quality of service has shifted. AutoZone feels like they are starting to care about the customers and actually acknowledge them when you enter the store. At this location anyway. The store is clean inside and the quality of product is amazing from what I've seen.
