I went to the store to buy wiper blades and they didn’t fit the car so I went back to the after receiving the wrong wipers. I wanted a refund I was told I have to come back in the morning to receive a refund so I asked the guy why who look like he just didn’t want to do any work at all so told me refunds are done between 9am and 5pm so I asked him where is that sign at he looked at the other guy who might have been a key holder or some type of manager. I asked him was I able to buy something so he said yes so I can shop and you will take my money but you won’t do a refund. I don’t recommend you shopping at this store ever . I ran into a customer outside he said they have bad service in this store all the time so I am going to do a yelp review on this store. I saw most of management in the store window I don’t think they are working that late in this area. Oh and make him pull his pants up it’s a business.

These guys couldn't check my battery nor did they offer any help to install it, eventhough I told them I had no tools. I've bought batteries before from Autozone and the staff was very helpful.

I always have a good experience with them, they are always willing to help and if they don’t have things in stock they will have someone deliver it to the store

Just went there to have them test my battery and the young guy said I would have to take the battery out the car and bring it inside cause they don’t go outside to check the battery even told me good luck going to any other auto zone worst customer service ever if I knew how to take the battery off then I would have just done that from the beginning I’ve been here before for other car and they never had a problem coming outside to check battery thank god there is a advance auto parts in the little mall on bruckner blvd that does value their customers!!! Checked my battery and I ended up buying a new one with them you guys gotta do better!!! Last time shopping here
