Spills on the floor and garbage spilled all over outside , Staff was too busy all socializing with each other and friends that they ignored me standing there for several minutes waiting to ask for help then just told me to look in and aisle but never got up to help

Why sell me a battery, to tell me after I buy it “I’ll be seeing you again soon” in a smart way as if your worker sold me a battery that wasn’t good definitely unprofessional why sell something if it’s no good and it’s going to mess up anyways, like if 120 dollars is just some little amount of somebody’s money…smh

I went here to get a brand new battery since the dealership wanted close to $500 just to replace it and less than 30 minutes of work. I was able to get a better battery with a 3 year warranty unlike the dealership which gives you only 2 years. The employee who sold it to me was helpful enough to switch it for me. In less than 10 minutes the battery was swapped and they took the old one. It only costs me about $278.00. I'll gladly go back to this Autozone to buy stuff for my car.

While AutoZone offers a wide variety of auto parts, tools, and accessories in a well-organized store layout, my experiences with the customer service have been disappointing. On multiple occasions, I’ve found it challenging to get the assistance and guidance I needed. The staff, while present, seemed preoccupied or uninterested in addressing my queries, leaving me to navigate the aisles on my own.The store does have competitive pricing and a convenient return policy, which are positives. However, the lack of attentive customer service has made my shopping experience less than ideal. I hope to see improvements in this area in the future to match the store’s otherwise solid offerings.
