I didn’t like how the manager opened the phone without me knowing, and service was bad, manager had attitude, and was cutting up Burger King coupons while on the job. Wouldn’t recommend to people that see this or anyone.

Best in store experience with AT&T by far. Everyone was nice, funny and helped me in record breaking time. The woman that helped me even had nice decorative holiday nails ??

Went in an hour before closing on Thursday Jan 4th and had the associate Q help with switching carrier services from T-Mobile back to AT&T. The Store was clean and quiet and when we walked in we were taken care of immediately. He was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Switched / upgraded my phone, he put in two screen protector cases and transferred everything other successfully. Great service!

Wonderful experience with Axel, i live in NJ & broke my phone and was able to call him and see if they had the phone I wanted in store, he kindly went and found out & told me they did! I made it there in 25 min with 10 min left for the store to close & I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever & he was very helpful with helping setting up the new phone. If you come here, ask for Axel!!!

This place is the worst, the only reason they got a star is because this site won't let you leave it blank. They all need to be trained properly in customer service as well as being knowledgeable about their products. they don't have a clue about what they are doing. I'm so over it, You have got to do better

I wasn’t given an option to give zero stars. WORST AT&T store I have ever been to . The worst customer service. Unprofessional staff. A total waste of time. I went to the store two times For help with my plan and both times nothing was done. Nobody wanted to work or help find a solution to the problem I was having. I even have the corporate office Call the store and again Unprofessionalism. They hung up on the corporate representative Then again Corporate called the same store the following day and was put on hold for a long time when she called back they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Save yourself the frustration and saliva .Go to a different store.BUYER BEWARE. I’m taking this complaint straight to the corporate office as far up as I can go. They messed with the wrong one. AT&T customer since 2005

DO NOT GO HERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE DESPERATE CON ARTISTS. I WALKED IN BC I WANTED A PREPAID SERVICE FOR MY SON THE REPS KEPT TRYING TO TALK ME INTO GETTING A PLAN . I SAID NO BC I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH VERIZON. THE REASON WE WERE EVEN IN THERE IS BECAUSE MY MOTHER BOUGHT MY SON A BOX PHONE FROM TARGET FOR CHRISTMAS WHICH WAS AN ATT BRAND . THEY REALIZED I WAS IN UNIFORM AND SAID WE CAN GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT FOR YOUR PREPAID LINE FOR FIRST RESPONDERS/HEALTHCARE WORKERS MADE ME SIGN DOCUMENTS AND IN ACTUALITY I WAS SIGNING FOR A POST PAID SERVICE. THEY ARE SO DESPERATE FOR BUSINESS THEY PARTAKE IN UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL PRACTICE. I NOTIFIED THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT AND FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET IT CORRECTED BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DEALING WITH THESE THIEVES .

I upgraded a phone on 2/22/23 with "Toni" who was very friendly and helpful. Later, I realized all my data didn't transfer. I went back 2/26/23 and "Jamie" proceeded to complete the transfer. She, too, was friendly and helpful. While waiting, I added another line, purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and a box for Direct TV. It took a total of 5 hours and 47 minutes, and NEITHER phone's data was backed up or transferred to the new ones. THEIR "WIFI" service is GARBAGE!!! How in the hell are they selling wireless products without adequate WIFI??? The idiotic manager "RAMON" had the nerve to fix his mouth and say, " Well, I'm here too." I guess the dummy forgot he works and gets paid to be there!!! I had to go to another AT&T (Newburgh) to have both phones data backed up and transferred. DON'T GO TO BAYPLAZA AT&T unless you have nothing better to do or want to see the circus clown manager "RAMON" do Absolutely NOTHING!!!
