IF. I. Could. Live. In. Any. Department. Store... it'd be this one 🤣. There's no reason as to why this store captures my attention, then my soul every time. I go to get one specific item and $250 later, I've left with the supplies to decorate another area in my home!! It's ludicrous, well priced - so addictive, something for everyone, and every nook & cranny of whatever place you're looking to design/redesign. The isles are normally a whole mess, but if you take your time, you'll come across great finds with a variety of choices.

I placed an order and paid $10 for same day delivery. The store should refund the costumer the fee if the order is not delivered on the same day 🤷🏾♀️. Why should we still pay for a service we are not getting?

The store has a lot to offer, but the workers here are 0 help. I am on day 2 of trying to get things that I bought and PAID same-day delivery for and no one wants to let me know what is happening. Like they are in a rush. No customer service at all and no one wants to help.

I went to this store to grab some Christmas items, and when I went to pay, the cashier said there were no bags. She was really rude and had a terrible attitude the whole time. The service was awful, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

It's a great store for all home decor needs. They have everything from dinnerware, rugs, pillows, art, mirrors, holiday decor and gardening decor, including flower pots of all sizes and furniture. I can best describe it as if "Home Goods and Costco had a baby." It's warehouse huge, so plan to spend time looking around.
Prices are very reasonable. It's not high-end merchandise but not super cheap quality either. It's good for the average consumer.
Cons: I've been here a few times several months apart, and each time, they were 'out of bags' to where I'm questioning do they even provide bags and are just telling customers they're out....?
So bring your own shopping bags for smaller items you may purchase.
The bathroom on this last trip was my 1st use here and was in awful condition. There are 4 stalls, and all had issues. All had broken paper dispensers, and 3 were empty, 1 had toilet paper which someone dropped the roll in the bowl, so it was useless. Only the handicap ♿️ stall had paper. It was not in a dispenser, so you have to hold the roll and unwind. This bothers me in a large public establishment, for obvious reasons, and there was something questionable smeared on the wall adjacent to the handrail the TP roll was resting on. Then the water wouldn't shut off and the fancy Dyson hand dryer didn't work, nor was there paper towels so i had to air dry my hands.
I did tell an associate about the state of the bathroom, and she said they are aware and are "working on it" which seemed as doubtful as their supply of shopping bags being replenished.
