Very bad service order a dresser gave me a delivery date I get rid of my old dresser the day before and they call me at 6 pm to tell me they are cancelling my delivery date the day before. Advise you not to deal with Ashley bay plaza mall

I made several purchases for my house worth over 10k which included a set of tables for the living room which were sent to me with cracked glass, they took it that same day no one called me to give me a solution, I had to call many times and it took 3 weeks to send me the same tables that had scratches, I called the Robinson agent who helped us when I bought it and he put it off saying that he was going to speak to the manager and that he would call me back later, he never did! A week ago I received a call saying that Robinson had canceled my order without my authorization and until now I do not have the tables or my refund.

I had the best sales experience at the Baychester location. The customer service experience was world class. My rep Shernane was professional, friendly and always seeking to get you the best for the money. She made will make you feel at ease and instill her vast knowledge of product to you. This is my third purchase with her and I will continue to make my purchases with her. You will never feel forced or pressured into purchasing anything from her. She will go above and beyond to ensure your purchase experience is world class. Top notch service, always service with a smile. Shernane is courteous and classy. Great service and experience.
