They never picked up and their mailbox is full. I went to 167th st twice and wasted my time. They share that building with a bank and those guys are lazy and we’re scared to come to the door which is unprofessional. Not just me but other people went to the door and nobody came out to speak to them.

I had an appointment to do my taxes here, however they didn't tell me about the letter from the IRS, when I arrived there the lady who was supposed to fill out my taxes asked me for the letter and I was clueless, she said I wouldn't be able to get my tax refund I don't show off with that paper! really? what about asking the treasurery to send you the letter? What if i never received that letter? Your answer was wrong and Ariva employees need more professionalism when it comes to communication: prior the appointment let people know about "The Letter" so they don't waste time and gas, if we don't have the "The Letter" give us options or tell us how to get it; I'm actually sending a document to the treasury because the government isn't keeping my tax refund to feed the children of illegal people or keep the section 8 and housing tenants safe.

The people who are working in this place are human crap to treat others who attend this place for service. This is the worst service that exists to fill out your taxes, they are complete anti-professionals. The manager should make an analysis of these workers and fire them for not knowing how to treat people with education and respect. Don't ever go there.
