I totally regret the whole experience I would never again go to theses ppl for anything there communication sucks also as a customer of a parent guardian account It concerns me more than ever now that my daughter is 18 Oh not to mention the manager mr Jose who pretends to be so busy to even acknowledge your right there oh also plan ahead of time if not you will be there all day also never go to kanae hynes u can give her a call just to Verify docs and she will say yes yes until u travel the long distance also wait for her about a hour or 2 just to be told your child has to come back for the 4th time did I mention she is in college and has been going through these frustrations which we no college is a bit frustrating already Apple bank are to be Discontinued at this point‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️???????????????? They don’t understand loyalty

Customer service is not a priority at this location. The staff pretends to be busy while the patrons have to wait for a long time to receive service. Customer service staff needs to be trained on the etiquettes

The Apple Bank ATM machines in there banks are out dated. The feature for anyone tp deposit a check in the amount of their desire is not available. The reason for this is that too often you ATM machines can not read the amount on the check or the machines display invalid check, when you make the transaction with a bank teller there is no major issues at all with the check that anyone is trying to deposit. We are in a new decade and Apple Back machine's are in the past time zone old technology.

The bank has ample Space...More consideration should be payed to existing customers on line not just those opening new accounts so there is more a feeling of worth verus who cares !

Today I try to get money out of the bank they told me the computers were down that they could only give a little amount ? We're s a back up for the bank ? None !!!! They said try another Apple bank don't they have the same system ??

I opened my first minors account here and you could not possibly understand how awesome it felt. Nearly two decades later and here I am Still banking at this branch. The staff and management understand the needs of the community and always put forth the best effort!
