I went with my grandmother to help her with her account. We had a great easy experience. The process was also fast. We had anticipated staying there for a while but no we were out within ten minutes. Everyone was kind especially a young lady name Karla Velasquez I hope I’m spelling that correctly. She was our teller and her positive attitude, energy, and efficiency real was a special touch to our already great experience. Thank you Apple bank!

Had an amazing experience inquiring about opening up my new account. Karla explained every option available to me and had the patience to go thru all the products Apple has to offer.I will definitely switch over from my bank to Apple and visit this location to do so with Karla V.

This is the worst Apple Bank ever please do not waste your time anticipating to get anything done here. The manager that worked there today denied me service as well lied to me about cashing a certified Apple Bank Check. She was so unprofessional had a nasty attitude and didnot care to help me. So I went to another apple bank in Scarsdale, NY and got the check cashed. I will never associate myself with this location. I had to drive 8 miles out in order to receive the assistance I needed. Please do not waste your time here.

I have family that has had an account at this location since it was emigrant savings and before that I believe. I’m not sure if it’s the franchise, probably this particular location but there’s some serious incompetence there. Fortunately they turned me away from starting a checking account there!!

No fair warning that the location was going to be temporarily closed. Not fair at all since not all services are via ATM. You have to go physically to a cashier. It’s a shame even in a time of crisis that these measures took place. I totally understand it’s safety reason but a better plan could have been placed versus closing the branch temporarily. What if the other locations are the same si no one will have access their accounts. Solve problems when occurring. Once things get better and they open again I will consider if I leave my account with them. A better plan could have been placed. Have more accessibility to all accounts via ATM like the Christmas club. Suggestion: think about creating a special ATM card for the Christmas club. It does take 7 to 10 business to get the cars and to setup. Please consider that as a new platform it might help you in retaining customers in the future. Plus improve your customer service. If a letter was sent I didn’t receive it in a timely manner due to I do not go out to get my mail until the weekend. Like you and everyone else is limiting less social activities for safety, but I do take my precautions like everyone else. I don’t apologize for this statement because everything has been disrupted that no notice is given in advance. Better game plan needs to place in the future.
