I had previously reveiwed this store as reasonably priced and having everything I needed when I shopped there but I recently had a bad experience that convinced me never to shop there again.I needed to hang a piece of art. I bought 2 picture hanging kits that I discovered were very cheaply made and could not handle the weight of my piece. Big mistake because the piece almost fell and would have surely been destoyed.I brought the kits back and only wanted my money back and have moved on but they played the act that it was my fault.The owner tried to bend the twisted hangers back into place with a pair of scissors to show me that they were worth trying to salvage. I was embarrassed for him. These kits cost $2 a piece. I couldn't believe that the refund of $4 was worth losing a local customer over. I will never shop there again.
