I finally got a chance to visit this halal grocery shop in the Bronx via Allerton Ave which is my old stomping ground where I was raised since I was a toddler . Good halal meat section with fresh merguez sausages, beef , lamb , chicken , etc. Plenty of international goods including spices, beans , can goods , sweets , rices, seasoning and much more .Not as extensive with selection compared to Astoria or new jerseys halal groceries but they tend to have what you need for the most part. Also got a few cans of spicy lentil soup from Egypt which is perfect on those cold days that requires a hot bowl of soup . Place is clean and well stocked with items easy to see and find .Will come back before Ramadan to Pick up some sweets for my paternal family members who are Muslim. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter .

I went to go get frozen chapati but they didn't have any? They said they sometimes have it. Really? Chapati/roti is a staple!
