We went in to ask a simple question to the man behind the desk who help us a few months prior to a different situation ... not knowing a women who came in afterwards made it known she work there and she was his wife who made it clear to be rude , and kept interrupting us ! We were not being pushy , just trying to find answers ..not knowing we should of went to the Italian consulate first by confusion ... ... Maybe they get a lot people coming in there for the wrong reasons , what ever it is I never felt so uncomfortable in a office before ...

Mr. Paganini and his colleagues at the agency have been extremely helpful in more than one way. Their extent of knowledge of Italian citizenship and anything to do with this process has been nothing short of a miracle. In addition, the amount of assistance and advice provided to me and my family is uncompromising.
