AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Extremely bad customer service, rude people who just hang up on you without any scruples. If you don’t like your job just change carreer instead of taking it out on customers! My vehicle was left in the MIDDLE OF THE STREET!! When he let my car of the dolly he almost took my front fender off. The tow truck driver was very impatient and extremely rude. When I tried to contact his dispatcher and explain my issue, she over talked me and hung up the phone. This company from the drivers to those that work in the office are VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!.

Never answers the phone. Number goes straight to voicemail. Like it’s a cell phone. How ghetto. They can’t even get a regular business landline.

Twice I was unfortunately sent this company to assist me via Triple A. BOTH times they do send neither a person or truck that could provide the service I was requesting. I attempted to call the company three times on the day of the initial incident and the call was purposely disconnected all three times. The second time this company was sent to me the driver confirmed that in the note is specified that I requested a flatbed however yet again with consulting with me Abel automotive sent a regular tow truck. What is the biggest aggravation is the audacity that this company has to then attempt to still collect payment from Tripple A stating I refused service. I cant refuse service when the service I requested was NOT provided.
