I've been going here for a couple years now, the service is great, but too long a wait time. Better to go when they open, then you're in & out in about 29-minutes. Their prices are very reasonable & guaranteed.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!! SCARY that in this day and age you can't even trust that your car is safe at the mechanics!! My family left their vehicle here for service, only to be robbed of parts ! What kind of business is this ! It's sad ! It's unjust! And thea people are bullies and criminals! Better Business Bureau up next!!!!!

If I could give a negative 0 I would BE AWARE!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!! STAY WITH YOUR CAR!!!!!!! My car Honda 2008 Pilot was towed (recommendation from AAA) to this facility on Tuesday July 12,2022 despite several attempts of trying to find out what was wrong with my car and only getting the same message from the receptionist "We are backed up and didn't get to your car yet the owner will call you" I called everyday then finally on Monday July 18 my husband was informed that the car need a new engine $5000.00 so we investigated (please note we tried to contact the owner to see if he can go a little lower cause the car is sentimental to us and he was not available) So we decided to dump the car . I received a substantial quote from the an auto salvage service under the condition that the Catalytic Converters are in tact. (My husband just put the converters in 3 months ago) Today the salvage company looks under the car and you guess right NO CATALYTIC CONVERTERS but a straight pipe was under there I want you to know that the owner of the shop stated the car never was out on the street at night So he want us to believe that a thief stole the CATALYTIC CONVERTERS and replaced it with a pipe in the Bronx we got conscientious THIEVES COME ON SO IM OUT MONEY and the owner had the nerve to charge me for diagnostic study which did not indicate wait for it THAT I NEEDED ANY CATALYTIC CONVERTERS YOU KNOW WHY BECAUSE THEY WHERE IN MY CAR WHEN IT WENT INTO HIS SHOP THIS SHOP SHOULD BE CALLED NO WAY!!!!!!!! I went to this place which is actually called NorBay. For an annual inspection. I watched the whole inspection go on. The car was never put on the lift. No wheels were removed to check brakes. But they put on the inspection report that left front and rear wheel were removed. And they were not. I watched the entire process go. Never again will I go to this place for anything second time nothing was done correctly

Got a flat in the middle of the night heading home from the Bronx. The tow driver couldn't even figure out how to drop the spare tire. He told me I was missing the tool and had me tow it back to his shop and I had to Uber home. The next day I had it towed back to my house in CT, I took one look at the manual and tried it myself. I got it down right away and changed it in about 20 minutes. Spent over 300$ between towing it twice and ubering home, all because this driver couldn't change a tire

I was towed here after breaking down on I95 early Sunday morning. Ryan took such excellent care of me. His service, communication and professionalism were incredible!! As someone who knows a little about cars, I was outraged to hear the prices. They obviously tried to rip be off by charging a 600% markup on a simple Job. If you're worried about mechanics ripping you off, this is one of those places.
