Never open on time, they act like they don't want to be there and I advise you not to order high price orders like replacement windows. I did worth 10,000. Gave a deposit and they lost my receipt and paperwork and didn't want to look for windows even though I had a receipt.

I was lucky enough to find this window parts supplier.I am motorized shades fabricator and sometimes clients ask us to help with windows repair.It’s a family owned business with excellent service.Highly recommend

Yes, they carry hard to find and obsolete parts. But customer service is almost non existent and the last order I placed was a mess. It took three phone calls to get them to ship the order. The order was short shipped and it took another two days for the missing items to be shipped. I hesitantly called them again to check stop on a very standard window keeper. Again, it took an email and two phone calls to find out they were out of stock. I asked if they could substitute for a similar in stock keeper, and am still waiting for a return phone call. I went online, found the part and ordered it. Not sure how they are still in business but this is a warning to anyone thinking of using them, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Called for appointment, sales person never called back. When you ask them if an item is available, they say, "Oh, we have to order it, it might take a week." Really? What do contractors do with that answer from a supplier? They go somewhere else.

I was there today, 7/7/20. The wait was looooong and I say " just because you have to be there 8 hours does not mean that I do also". On 9/18/19 I purchased a replacement part for my left window and was charged $25.58 with tax. Today I purchased the same part for my right window and was charged $44.63 with tax. I questioned the charge and was told that the prices had gone up. Watch out, they are price gouging, I guess to make up for the lost business while closed due to Corona. Not nice.
