New coffee spot, good people, great breakfast sandwiches, lots of cakes, drinks, etc ? its a step down, but feel safe when in there, many cameras, parking is free, double parking lol. But you can see you car from in side. Because of all the cameras. Always have Italian bread.. best part... ? ?
