do not come order here I promise u will regret it, I ordered pizza and it came with 2 pieces of hair and all of it was smashed together I would give it a 0 star if I could, this place seriously needs to shut down for good, I wish I could've taken pictures of how disgusting the pizza looked but I forgot and just threw it away. Not only that, they didn't even give me half of the stuff I ordered. srsly do not order off this store

This location is terrible. They don’t follow orders on 7-11 now and put whatever they want in it and then you have to beg customer service for your money back. This is always every time. And the reason folks order is because it’s late night and it’s convenient but if you don’t have a product and I don’t ask for a substitute and I ask for it to be removed then do that. Pissed ?. They got one more time and I’m coming to this store and goin to pour all the wrong items they give me on the floor. This is ridiculous and you can tell this is a franchise store because the owner does not care at all. Because it would have been changed. I hate that the store on grand concourse closed on 149. It was way better

I WILL NEVER GO HERE TO GET ANYTHING. FIRST, THE SODA MACHINE WHERE YOU GET YOUR DRINKS AND ICE BE FILTHY. MY ICE HAD HAIR IN IT. THEY DON'T GET THE FILTER CHANGED FOR THE SODA NOR ICE MACHINE . THE ICE HAVE BLACK STUFF AS WELL. THE STATION IS DIRTY HALF THE TI.E BECAUSE PEOPLE FROM THE STREET COME IN AND TAKE CUPS TO GET SODA FOR FREE. THEN I WONDER WHY AM I PAYING?!

They continually act suspicious of me because of what I assume to be my race. Certain workers don’t allow me to add money via. Cashapp, saying that it’s not working right now. This has happened to me multiple times here, but I never encounter this issue at other 7-11’s. Very racist.

Be wary of ordering from them. You may, or may not, get what you ordered. Instead of canceling the order, they will just send you whatever, wasting your time and money. Also, take note, apparently they do not understand that all Slurpee flavors are NOT made the same. Either that, or they are outright not reading the order.

The best cookies (oatmeal raisins) get sold here. The snacks are way better than regular stores to me. Can't say much about customer service, but the last time I went, the guy was helpful with my question and kind.

I went to this 7-eleven on Thursday, December 28th, 2023 to get an ice cup. As I left the store , approximately a block away I saw two cockroaches in the ice cup. I immediately returned to the store and confronted the cash register. The employee suggested I just simply replace the ice cup with a new one. I refused and told him I was disgusted and asked him how often the machines are cleaned, and received no response. He then proceeded to say “oh did you check the cup?”. At this point I saw this employee did not care about the cleanliness of this store so I asked for my refund. I will no longer return to this location, absolutely disgusting.

The worst 7-eleven I have ever been too. Roaches in the “fresh made pizza” box. A fight happened between drunk customers and and employee and two cars had windows broken. The place was FILTHY.
