They charge me $800 To replace the torque converter i asked if they would ruin the alignment they said no It did One day after i got my car back the transmission hose broke spilling all the fluid. The owner refuse to take responsibility and reimburse my tow fee Not very professional and experienced mechanics.

Very professional people and helpfull ,not like the other mechanics that find issues where they are not, beside the prices are razonable and they give you warranty ,ask for robert or jose they will help you out and wont leave you down...

This place is the worst place to get any work done on your car they are very rude they have no customer service etiquette and they don’t repair the mistakes that they make they put in my transmission and messed up my driver side axle and messed up my muffler where I had to pay to get it fixed again I went there today to talk to the guy and he got rude and ready to fight me where I had to call the police but we all know NYPD don’t do anything for anybody if they not a criminal which they should have locked him up for providing horrible work I have pictures as well that I’m going to pos

They replaced my transmission that I bought myself and kept the old one and they messed up my transmission line replacing my transmission I went back yesterday 24 March and the guy gave me a hard time and charge me $40 for damage that they did now my under panels to protect my engine from getting wet underneath was never connected correctly the picture shows the end result and I work in Queens and I had to stop on 495 to pick up my under panel because his worker didn't put the snaps back and there's no snaps whatsoever there so I'm gonna call the guy today and see what type of compensation he's gonna give me for this if not I'm posting the horrible service all over Instagram and Facebook and Snapchat

I checked ALL OVER for a transmission shop in NYC and was very skeptical ! I gave Robert a shop because I worked at Milea Trucks and he erased all of my skepticism ! A new transmission is in my Volkswagen and I’m very pleased !! Quick and Reliable ! Can’t beat it !
