I had 5 Star Movers LLC come to my house to inventory my items in order to inform me of the size of truck we would need based on the inventory. Absolutely would use 5 Star Movers LLC again. Mike was able to fit me in with short notice to move me from storage units to a condo. Everyone was professional and kept in communication with me from initial quote until the end of the move. Robert's team were very careful with all my items, made sure they were placing and assembling things where I needed them, and were genuinely fun and easy to work with. They even stayed positive moving everything in hot weather up a flight of stairs! Great price, great service, happy customer.

Proficient. Quick. I am so happy with the team that helped me move. They had a lot of stairs to deal with, but they did it with a smile. I will say that I did have everything already wrapped/boxes and separated boxes and furniture. They were able to move my 1.5 bedroom apartment in exactly 3 hours. I will always use 5 Star Movers LLC - Bronx Moving Company and refer them to friends and family.

Had a good experience with my move 4/30/23. Jose and the guys were attentive to my needs and very kind. That said, they did not bring straps for my piano.I also have called several times for help with an insurance claim for a marble-top coffee table that was broken during the move but have had trouble getting someone on the phone. I am in construction and understand these things happen, but I need to be taken care of, as the table was $850. Once everything is square, it would be a 5-star review from me.
