My first time going to this company. I ask how long would it be to wrapped my school bus and the owner jimmy told me 2 days tops. My my job took 4 days because the owner said the machine broke. I understand things happen but the owner was unprofessional and did not call me like he said to let me know what was happening. I had to send him a text saying this is bad bussiness snd unprofessional. The owner refuse to take any ownership of the issue and said he has no control over the machines. You have control how you interact with your customer., he really didn’t care and his behavior show it. That’s why he did not call to inform me. I should not half to run after him to find out what’s going on with the bus Prohect.I ask not to wrap my windows they did one side of the windows and the other side they wrapped two windows and left the other 2 was not wrapped . Parts of the bus that you can see the yellow that was not wrapped. I didn’t ask for the image to be on the hood only in the sides. Failure to follow instructions of the customer.I ordered a door magnet with the order and that’s was not done. I had to come another day to pick that up. When I picked up my door magnet I ask if he could print me out a small sign and the staff told me yes it’s only 15 minutes to do. When the owner jimmy came I was told to come the next day. It’s a little sticker that could have been done in 15 minutes. I would not refer or tell anybody to come here. Bad bussiness bad customer service and the owner is arrogant and not take responsibility for his bussiness.When you have customer that paid in full I expect a level of professionalism and the job to be done in a timely manner and done with quality. It’s parts of my bus that you can see that’s not quality. This was my experience. I’m never going back

I have used 365 print for all our company truck lettering..Our next project was a excavator.. Jimmy and his team took on this project and seen it trough to the smallest of detail.. They are very professional and took this lettering to the next level. I look forward to working with Jimmy and his team at 365 print on the next one..

i don't know what other people have been through with this company but after meeting them i can ABSOLUTELY say that i am putting in an order RIGHT NOW! I LOVE the work they did for me. i wanted "Maid of Honor" bags for my MOH Proposals and they came out amazing. they did them for me on the spot and laughter and conversation were not short. all of the staff were sweet and professional. im putting in a custom order for fathers day and i will not be going anywhere else
