Today they threw away my car air freshener when I got my cash wash which was really annoying. Don’t do a good job of cleaning and drying car. Plus they make you pay a dollar for frequent flyer card at car wash… who does that?

Mechanic put additive into a car with 20k miles. Brand new engine. Brand new car. Engine only needs oil change. Unreliable, untrustworthy business practice. What mechanic puts additives into a Brand new car. BEWARE! AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

Absolute disgrace, this place is a bad Joke.
! I got a car wash then went next door to ask if they can check my oil, car battery life and fill my wiper fluid.. 3 guys, to Mex sitting eating something, looking at me and completely ignoring my gestures and an African American man that seemed clueless and seemed like he didn’t want to deal with anyone, just like the other two useless guys. Finally AA dude came to me to try and assist… barely understood what he said and vice versa but he tried. He at least filled my wiper fluid and despite the pathetic lack of customer service here, I still gave the man a $10.

As a self employed business owner, I respect any establishment that takes precautionary measure to ensure their customers car are taken cared of and store is protected but unfortunately after coming to this location for almost a year I had enough of the racial profiling that appears to be accepted . On multiple visits I’ve been asked by 3 different people for proof of payment. Sometimes as I’m approaching the counter I see them observing my every move when picking up car fresheners and or using the bathroom after payment. It’s very disgusting and exhausting to treat a loyal customer that way and so with great frustration I voiced my concerns with management which he was apologetic but his workers were laughing at me as we were talking. when I visit I’m respectful and tip most of the time especially the cashiers and yet none of that is appreciated or respected. Very disappointed that I’ve come to this conclusion. I said my peace despite being laughed at and I just won’t go back there.” Black people ” please be mindful of the places we chose to financially support. search for establishments that you are welcomed in and not judge as a criminal the minute you step foot on there property or store . Your peace of mind and wallet will thank you.

24 hours HOWEVER...I arrived on a rainy day to have the interior and exterior of my car washed and I was told there was no car wash available when it rains. I know it might seem silly to wash your car in the rain but the forecast projects rain all week... so I guess don't bother stopping by this establishment for a wash unless the sun is out...?
Update: Received a nice response back from management. Will try to bring the car in when it is not raining. I wasn't aware car washes in NYC closed in the rain. It seems like a good establishment and I will return on another day.
