Just wanted to mentioned I went in person and saw my self someone ask if they buy phones or laptops and they said no they don't buy anything from outside but keep in mind just because they don't buy it doesn't mean people in the streets won't buy it.

It is The Best Store in the Bronx, people there are experienced and super nice, they are very helpful. They practice very straight forward business (no bs), I have been going there for nearly about ten years. Their prices are always very reasonable and high-quality products.

A very nice neighborhood shop. They are so friendly if you need help they try to help as much as they can even if they have a long list of customers they try and see what they can do for you even if the problem your having has nothing to do with them. I see how they handle customer while I waited to be taken care of and they are very professional. There was even a customer trying to get nasty over something that had nothing to do with them and they were nice trying to help as much as they could but I guess you can make everyone happy what can you say this neighborhood don't always have the most kindest of people but never the less that didn't stop them from trying to help. Well I did get a free temper glass with my repair on my I-phone screen which was very nice of them and I got a super cute rhinestones case that actually made it almost 7 months before I saw any stone come off, talk about impressive plus my screen is still in great shape. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future I wish I could give them more then 5 starts because they definitely deserve 10 STARS!! HAPPY CUSTOMER =)

WORST STORE EVER! THEY ROBBED MY MONEY FOR THE WORST PHONE, I CAME FOR A REFUND AND THEY REFUSE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE EMPLOYES! THEY GOTTA GET SHUT DOWN! IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO WANTS SOMETHING THAT WILL LAST PLEASE DONT COME HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
