Worth every penny. The roses were beautiful, my mom loved them. The bubble vase is super cute. Will definitely be a returning customer!

They are really rude I don’t recommend this flower shop , also flowers are not fresh and they are to expensive , sadly it’s not all they are constantly discriminating people and it seems like they don’t like to work in customer service because they didn’t even try to give me a little bit of respect, I am spending my money in your shop at least try to be decent!!!! .This is definitely a Never ever again for me .

The lady there is BEYOND disrespectful. She was incredibly rude and treated me awfully as well. She mocked me and told me to “use my brain” and some of the workers made sly racist remarks towards me and referred to me as “the African” she publicly show her frustration at me for not understanding Spanish although I tried my best to comprehend what she was saying, and informed her that I do not speak nor do I understand Spanish! Mind you I am a minor, this is not even half of it! I will end it here I DO NOT recommend coming here at All. NEVER AGAIN!

This store is very racist and when Went to pick up my flowers they had bugs in them and they kept giving me nasty looks at kept calling me names in Spanish because they thought I couldn’t speak Spanish they called me monkey and charcoal and ugly black person

I had an issue with a delivery from YourRedRoses and called to discuss the issue and the staff were incredibly rude and ended up hanging up on me. I would never recommend using this florist.

I ordered an exclusive pup arrangement from 1800flowers this flower shop fulfilled the order with a dozen roses in a cheap vase . If they couldn’t fulfil the correct order why take orders from 1800flowers. Could have bought the same flowers in a corner store

Don’t waste your time ordering here, when you have a business your suppose to be understanding of the customer, even if your faking it . That is the business. At 9 am they tell me my order of over 100$ will be out before 11am then when I call after 11, they change it around and say that it’s actually leaving the store at 11 and can be delivered anywhere from then to 7 pm . When someone places an order to a specific address , you cannot expect that person will be sitting around all day waiting on the delivery or not to mention be at that location all day especially if it’s a surprise. By far the most irresponsible, uncaring flower shop. Not to mention that after I told the girl I would be leaving a review she said you do that , and hung up. Good luck keeping a business running during these difficult times and running the way you are.

272 Willis Ave, Bronx, NY 10454Bought a Christmas tree from here and when I got home and opened it barely any branches 24in of one side of the tree is only the stem no branches I had to put that side against the wall and it still looks horrible there's barely any branches on the tree I can't even disguise the hollowness with decorations because there's nothing to hang it on to $45 and Charlie Browns Christmas tree with that one branch looks better than mine I can't even take pictures on Christmas because it's so embarrassing trees at the dollar store look better than the tree I got from here they don't even deserve one star not even zero Stars more like negative 100 Stars if you thinking about going here for a tree save your money and just go outside and pick up some branches and glue them together with the cheapest glue you can find that would look a hundred times better than the tree you will buy from this place

I received a horrible plant arrangement for my birthday. The request had been for a purple flower and I received two pink african violets. They look like the $2.99 ones you get in the supermarket, in a bright green Easter-like basket with wood chips. I would be embarrassed to send someone such an ugly arrangement. I emailed customer service and received no response. I'm only giving one star because I can't post unless I mark at least one, otherwise I would give no stars.

After the reading the reviews, I happen to go there on mother’s day. As soon as I arrived, there was a mexican guy who works at the shop argueing with a black lady who had to be approximately 55-60yrs old with a cane in her hand. She was asking him why did he act like he don’t see her standing in line but goes to ask the mexican customer behind her, if he needs help. Ummmm…… same story as a previous review stated. He was actually going back and forth with the female customer. Totally unprofessional, disrespectful, and ignorant. They did seem to have attitudes on a busy mothers day as im sure every year is busy. Ummmm….. no customer service, no empathy. My first time witnessing that. Then, they ask me how much money do I want to spend….smdh. They made me a basket of flowers worth $50-$60 and although I showed them the picture of how I wanted the flowers, they still did not do as I asked. I asked for 12 roses, they only gave me 9. No lillies. It was a quick sloppy job. I came back the next to let them know that i was shorted 3 roses, the girl argues me down that I did not tell her how many roses I wanted…. Ummmm… another bad customer service behavior. They started talking in their language and then another guys tells me to bring the entire stack of roses back to the store so they can remake the bouquet of roses. Smdh! Why not just make me another bouquet on the spot. So it is true what the reviews are saying. If we shut them down, maybe they will learn how to treat their customers. Smdh!
