I like this photo reminds me of the Batman signal at night, but Wegmans instead! (lol). Very patriotic entrance. Customer service has always been friendly. I have shopped there for over ten years. You really couldn’t ask for more. This store has had unique situations, especially through the pandemic during their upgrades. At the same time battling the inflation and recession numbers of cost going up but still finding ways to make sure consumers are aware what is going on. For me, the Convenience to walk over is great! I know though there are some have to travel over. The shopping carts meets customers demands and have created a 2 spot recycling stations. They are also patient when a customer may have an unexpected trouble finding their card or technology error on a smartphone device.

Update a sub from the sub shop gave me severe food poisoning and two months later because they had no dog food selection I had to buy a Rachel Ray product that poisoned my dog. Never going back
Another update: ALMOST 20 FOR A LARGE CHICKEN FINGER SUB. THE CHICKEN WAS SO HARD YOU COULDN'T EAT IT. THE COLD SUBS ARE $1.50 CHEAPER BUT THATS STILL OUTRAGEOUS CONSIDERING THERE USING PRE PACKAGED LUNCH MEAT, WORSE THAN SUBWAY! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THIS PLACE REMINDS ME OF BIDEN. THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO LIKE IT ARE OLD DINOSAURS WHO ARE TO SET IN THERE WAYS REGARDLESS HOW TERRIBLE IT IS.

I usually go to Wegmans at least once or twice a week to order subs at all different locations around Monroe county. But after ordering from this location I have never went back and never will. This lady was extremely rude when I was ordering my sub. If you want a sub I don't recommend coming here they won't make it the way you want and will be rude to you the entire time all because you want extra . I don't care about the price but why am I being told "no" I can't have extra when I'm the one eating it and paying for it. I'll be making my own subs from now on and never coming back here, no one deserves to be treated like that and embarrassed in front of other people all because of the stuff you want on your sub .

Wegmans is pretty good for a grocery store, but it used to be awesome. And not just awesome for a grocery store, but an awesome business.
Since Danny handed down the reins, pricing has gone up, quality has gone down, there's always bare shelves in multiple places (even before covid) especially on common items.
Any other grocery store might get a 4 star review, but we know Wegmans can do MUCH better. Please go back to running the company like a local employee and customer friendly company. Not a company solely out for profits.

I went to Wegmans as I was looking for Gluten Free food bc unfortunately, I have to be due to some health issues. They had a separate section just for the Gutenberg free stuff, it was freaking awesome! I have this terrible anxiety when I go shopping as I don’t like when non gf things touch gf things bc I am severely allergic to wheat so it is a nightmare for me. Here I felt safe and they had one of the biggest sections that I have come across and the pricing was much better than most places. Would recommend if you are in my boat. As for the produce and the meat they had a good selection but I found it to be pricey. All in all would recommend.

They are limiting the brands, forcing you to get theirs; almost every time, I have to repack my groceries...who would want 2 half gallons ice cream, 5 creamers and 2 ice coffee containers in ONE bag??
Turkeys should be on sale, many people can't get their groceries the week before...so why aren't any on sale??
Post Update - that Turkey was the WORST turkey ever! I have found quality control to be lacking in my area but honestly....bluck!

It used to be a "good store" in Brockport NY. The new auto checkout is a joke. It is TOO SENSITIVE. Maybe email your customers, 90% have a loyalty card about how to use them. The attendants are not very well informed. C- for experience.
