It's wal mart. Never enough employees around to answer your questions and all they expect you to check your self out with not enough people to operate the cash registers.
But when you do find an employee they are the most helpful

The ODP worker here MaryAnn was so very kind. She definitely deserves a raise. She was very very helpful with finding items and she seemed extremely busy pushing that cart!

Service isn't at car care center.
New face at desk was less than courteous or helpful.
Went in for an oil change at 1pm, I was told it would be over 2 hours.
After checking, the better time to arrive with shorter wait time is before 10am, usually under an hour.
