I Recently moved in and I love my apartment! the complex is very quiet and well kept. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. Chrystal helped me with everything and she was extremely helpful and worked hard to get me an apartment last minute. She walked through my apartment with me to make sure everything was good. Any questions I have she is always available to help answer them always with a smile. I recommend renting from here very affordable and really nice.

They tried to charge me for more carpet than there is in the apartment for 2 small stains. They withheld the document I signed during my walk through (which wasn't even a walk through because they finished walking through before I even got there). They duplicated the photos of the stains to make it look like there were more stains. The carpet outside my unit looks like a murder scene. They said they would fix that 2 years ago. They have insane bug problems in the common areas. Both of which I've photographed. Their windows are not sealed properly which causes mold. The worst place to rent in brockport, by far. Don't be tempted by the cheap price. Not to mention all of management is horrible, especially Crystal. If you have an issue, she will blatantly ignore you.

Don't even apply to this place!! I applied and they claim I put my social security number in wrong so I have to pay again so they can redo it even though the number wasn't wrong so it's true they will steal your money in any way they can. They also are not giving us reasonable accomodations for disabilities and saying even though I paid for three applications I will lose the hold for no reason unless I pay more while we wait for the accomodation letter from my doctor. Absolutely unprofessional and full of low-lives working here!

Don’t live here, there are bed bugs and in the lease it states that the tenant must pay for extermination. But how is that problem supposed to be solved if the entire building is not treated? Therefore the infestation won’t really be fixed.

I go here to visit my mom. She has no complaints. States that the staff is friendly.Main doors have no locks, and packages are regularly stolen from the mailroom. Lock your car.

Was trying to contact them about availability and was originally asking about a townhouse they listed as available. When I got the yearly income they require for the unit (44,400 a year for monthly rent of 925) I was honest and inquired about possibly smaller units and this was the response. It's disappointing but cannot expect much considering the chance I was willing to give after their fire issue where alarms never even went off **I have several friends and family who lived in the building that caught, they have videos of being evacuated with no alarm going off. My boyfriend at the time lived directly underneath the floor that caught as well**

I've lived here my whole life, I didn't care about how much the rent is I just like the style and they sometimes update the walls, when someone moves out they renovate it (of course). I would recommened living here.

Loved the old management (Karen) I cannot speak for the newer one. That was why originally I gave four stars. I liked the townhouse, the yard and the area.However, the maintenance people are sketchyyyyyy. I lived in a townhouse and our fire alarm kept beeping super loud. We called them and they took it off the wall, took the battery out and just threw it in our closet. The alarm downstairs didn’t work and they were supposed to fix it and never did. We ended up doing our own. Lazy maintenance people. Not shocked they had another fire. (There was a fire in the apartments diagonal from us then as well.) Sorry to all the people without a home now. Hopefully the fire department looks into the alarm situation.
