Went there and the 1 employee was miserable & the other one must hate his job. Rude & unapologetic. Also looks like a miserable place to work. Hire more employees

Avoid at all cost. Over the past 2 months, I have attempted to print 4 business orders with a 0% success rate. Each order has had at least 2 of the following: incorrect quantities, overcharging, wrong layout(not double-sided), wrong paper stock, and 2 of the orders were not even started until I called repeatedly. To top it all off, not 1 of the employees at this location, including the manager, Nick, shows an ounce of pride or care in themselves or their customers. In fact it is as if you're inconveniencing them by placing an order.
This is one of the worst customer experiences I've had in recent memory and my regret is that I let it happen 4 times.

Quinn is the absolute best at his job at this location. He has excellent customer service and Is extremely helpful. I would recommend everyone to have him help them with whatever their ups needs are. He deserves a raise and promotion. Hes a Great guy.

My first few experiences have not gone so well, only because I was brand new to returns and had no idea what I was doing. I don't feel the staff who were there at the time were very helpful; they did not go above and beyond to help. They have had changes or a change in staff; it's seemed like every time I've gone in there there's been someone different. Just an fyi, they do charge $3/apiece or so if you need a return label printed, so the other reviews are correct. Additional fyi, you need all the info, the barcode, wifi, ect for them so send it to their printer. They also charge for a mailer/envelope if you need one, just $1. I went in there a couple months ago or so, and one young lady in particular was very helpful, I didn't have the chance to catch her name. She was very professional, and when I hit a bump in the road, she offered an alternative for me. (I got confused by the return instructions, thought it didn't need an envelope, and Amazon sent both items in the same envelope.) So instead of like I don't know what to say to you, she pointed out what it said in the QR code and offered me a mailer to send it out, for only $1.) I've been using this location for years. It has gotten better, and it is a very clean place too. Very impressed.

The staff is usually very helpful and friendly. However, I’m giving 3-stars due to the fact on numerous occasions I’ve arrived at open (8am M-F) to find no one is there and the store is closed. It’s wildly inconvenient, please update your hours if no one is going to be there when supposed to.

She then said then go to the latta rd location

All good but the front door is not automatic and does not push in upon entering. (Hard to enter with large package)

AVOID THIS LOCATION if you don't have your return label pre printed. They now charge a huge fee just to print an Amazon return label. i don't mind paying the cost of a label but for what they charge I can buy hundreds of labels. Avoid this location unless you have your return label already printed. Lots of people walked out when told the cost - poor business decision to charge for labels. However the customer service reps were extremely nice and helpful (the fee is not their fault). The super nice guy lent me a dolly and helped lift the box.

Sign in door said back in 30 mins. Was standing at door with packages, waited 45 mins in 20 degree weather. No one came to door or answered phone, but saw employee peek from back room at one point. Employee from store next door said they’d had the sign up for over 4 hours.
