Not A customer but I was just in Brockport for Pizza Hut Lunch buffet that I haven't had since the COVID-19 pandemic . Saw the Hometown Heroes banners on the telephone poles and noticed that they are all sponsored by Northside Service ! My hat comes off to you for this , the world needs more businesses like you .Thank You !

Went to Northside with a bad clunking noise. They quickly diagnosed the problem and a little over an hour later it was fixed. They replaced the stabilizer control links. The car is now quiet and it has a great ride where prior to this it rode terribly. Great and fast job.
I've been going there for many years.

They have always had a “family home-town” feel. I absolutely love their honesty and fairness. You feel like you are getting your moneys worth going here because you know they will be honest about what’s wrong.
I went in for an oil change and mentioned there is squeaking when I turn my AC/heat on. After the oil change, they checked my car for what could be making the noise (of course my car stopped the day I brought my car in). Instead of changing the serpentine belt as a preventive, they were honest and told me they couldn’t recreate the noise and to come back in if/when it starts up again. I will always trust these guys.

I've known John for a couple years now and have started to get to know Eric and Mike. Thanks to the service they've provided me as a new customer, I cant imagine going anywhere else now. The nearest shop to my home wasn't communicating well and could not get my car inspected after weeks of waiting. Northside, however, had availability the very next morning. On the way into the inspection a couple exhaust flange bolts broke loose, Eric assured me they would have time to get the inspection completed and the bolts replaced before I had to get to work. The tech came through with speedy service/repair, let me know to replace my front brake pads within a few thousand miles and with a much quieter car than I arrived that morning. Recently, the stabilitrac and traction control lights came on the dashboard. Again, Mike was able to fit me in for a diagnostic the next morning. Within 15 minutes of dropping off the car, they let me know that a new wheel bearing would be needed and that they could get the part and replace it within another hour. They were spot on with timing and again made sure my car was ready for the rest of winter. Each time I've relied on Northside to help repair my car, they have gone above and beyond at short notice. My wife and I drive only this one vehicle between us. We truly appreciate Nortside for allowing us to wait for service and get us in/prioritize our service. Northside is further from home, yet they have shown that they want our business and I'll continue to bring my vehicle to them for every inspection/repair I may need.
