Lynn always does an amazing job. I sent her a message that my daughter would need a boutonnière and her date a corsage for prom. Sent her a picture of the color of her dress, and she just made it happen. They turned out beautiful! Thank you Lynn!!

I went online to order flowers for my daughter who lives in Rochester, I live in Florida so I did it online. But it seemed like it might have been an issue so I called to put the order in myself. I spoke to someone and they said that the arrangement that I wanted was unavailable in the container that I wanted but the flowers they did have. I said that was fine and put them in a nice vase that would be equivalent to the cost that I already paid. I was very disappointed. I asked for the same flowers that were in the arrangement. I ordered online, but they did not come. They were not even close to the ones I ordered. She should not have told me that they have those exact same flowers and send something else. Very disappointed won’t be ordering from there again.

UPDATE: Lynn contacted me and let me know that she had a problem with her system. Although the flowers weren't delivered on time, she promised to deliver them tomorrow and refunded me. I really appreciate how she handled the situation and she was very apologetic about the entire debacle, so I really think this was a one-off thing. It's a tough situation, but she handled it amazingly.

I really wanted to love this place. I ordered a flower delivery for mother's day (set to deliver on May 11), and nothing ever showed up on the 11th or the 12th. I'm extremely disappointed in the service and I was not emailed in any way to indicate that my order would be late or would not arrive, or offered a refund in any way since the product was never actually delivered.

Lynn’s Floral Designs is a true florist and they take pride in their flower arrangements. We had an employee celebrate her 10 year anniversary with us and we wanted something elegant with flowers that would last awhile. I ordered the Deluxe Designers Choice and asked for a vase that wasn’t clear. Our employee’s favorite color is blue. Lynn made an exquisite arrangement with a beautiful blue vase! When our employee’s flowers arrived, she was thrilled! She even commented about how fresh the flowers were and that she would get to enjoy them for more than a few days! That is one of the highest compliments a florist could get from someone. We will be using this florist for any future flowers that may need to be sent in New York. Thank you so much, Lynn. Your sincerity and friendliness as well as your expertise in your flower designs is greatly appreciated.

In May of this year I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a vase from Lynn's Floral Design. They were sent to me on my birthday from my supervisors at work. The package was so preciously and carefully wrapped, and the arrangement was just stunning! It was so colorful and with a large variety of blooms that lasted a long time with care. I would recommend this florist to anyone in the area and now I know where to go to be assured of a great floral gift for others!! Thank you Lynn's Floral :)

This was the first time I have ordered and I was extremely happy with everything. I asked for a designer choice arrangement, I requested yellow and purple to be included. The variety of flowers was amazing and beautiful. The recipient loved them, she loved the vaierty and it made her day. Will definitely be my new go to florist!

Lynn's is hands down 100% the best place to buy flowers in Brockport. No matter the occasion, Lynn always delivers beautiful arrangements that my wife is always very happy with. The arrangements seem to last forever too! My wife lets them sit in the office for a few days for all of her coworkers to admire, and then she brings them home and they always last for so much longer after that. I have tried doing the whole proflowers thing, and every time I am disappointed. The flowers are delivered in a box, and my wife has to assemble her own arrangement, and oftentimes, they are wilted or dying within days. If you want a great arrangement, for a great price and with great service, then Lynn's is the only place you need to shop. I love this place and always 10/10 recommend it to friends and family.

I usually get flowers from a place in rochester. This valentines day I decided to support this local buisness and spent $92.00 on these flowers. The flowers were very pretty, the customer service was great, pretty flowers but very disappointed in the size of the bouquet for the money I spent.
