I purchased an open box item last week and wasn’t able to use it due to it now working properly. When I went to return it yesterday at the Brockport location I was told I couldn’t return it due to it being an open box purchase. The woman managing came out with an attitude right off the bat and I asked why I wasn’t made aware of this policy when I made the purchase. She said she would do the return and continued to be all aggressive, slamming the register closed and being super rude. I spend a good amount of money in that place but won’t be anymore thanks to your poor management and customer service.

Stock is maintained. Not often sale items empty. Sometimes you can get assistance. Register lines not very long. Sales are good and so are the coupons. Parking is always easy.
