Just got back from Classy Chasey Brockport. The stall closest to the road. Got halfway with the process and it turned off, without rinsing my car but I looked at my car and it has dirt still on it. I used to like this carwash but I think the owner owes me a refund wash. I will be going on forth section rd. from now on. Very disappointed, owner needs to fix or maybe close down .

Went to the car wash today paid $11.88 and the wash never came on at all. Called customer service and never got a hold of anyone after being on the line for thirty minutes. Every time I’ve gone there it seems like something is not working.

I like to wash my own car, so I went to a self wash bay, put in $6.00 worth of quarters and it did nothing. No timer going, no water coming out, nothing. So I went in the touch less wash. Paid $11.00 (actually $11.88 with tax), the wash was about half over when it just stopped and told me I could drive out. My car was still covered with soap. I then went to a different self wash bay, put in another $5.00 in quarters to rinse my car. I called the number on the door and got nowhere. Still waiting for a call back from whoever actually runs that location. I had no interest in free car wash vouchers, as I will never be going back there.

Terrible wash honestly made my car worse… used to be a mediocre wash now it’s just despicable. Soap streaks and dirt left on the vehicle the photo was taken directly after the wash. Do not shop here it is not maintained properly or ran with professionalism.

Was offered a membership that was supposed to be $16 monthly that was supposed to give unlimited wash come to find out it was all a lie and it was NOT unlimited wash and ended up being billed Dubble the amount I agreed to. Huge SCAM in my opinion.

Machine didn't finish cycle. It left my truck covered in soap.I have never been there when all the equipment is functioning. I will never spend money there again.

When I got out to dry my car, both sides of the car was a hit and miss of dirt and clean areas! Based on other reviews seems like a lot of apologies but your car wash continues to have issues. Last time I will donate to your car wash!

Took my money and nothing happened. Called the phone number and nothing happened. Took 15$ and no refund no customer service. SCAM! DONT GO HERE

Machine took my money and wash never turned on, they won’t respond to my emails and don’t answer the phone
(Update) once again no one answered the phone, and still no email response. I will be actively making sure no one uses this dump of a car wash. Great attempt at trying to save face by answering your google reviews and never solving any of the problems. Has happened previously while once again you’ve never answered a phone or email. Taking money without giving service is obviously against the law, you should be shut down but I’m sure with all the new competition in town it won’t take long before you go out of business. 0 stars if I could rate it that low.

Have been a member for a couple months and I stop in about every other day just to drive away because it will only work for cash or credit… I joined because I wash my car a couple times a week and thought it would be a better option for me to buy a monthly car wash… SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
