Top notch customer service. Called two minutes before they closed looking for a starter as I was stranded in a nearby parking lot. Not only did they have the part, but they waited for me to get there so I could buy the part and install it to get home that night. I’m ashamed to say I had called another nearby parts sport beforehand and they weren’t willing to wait 2 minutes to sell me the part they had in stock. Autozone has my business forever.

Every time I go in there’s a clueless girl behind the counter. She had to bring a customer behind the counter today so the customer could do her job because she didn’t know how. Always asking customers what parts are, doesn’t barely know how to use the computer, I bet she couldn’t even tell me what color my car is. I thought it was because she’s new, but she’s been there a while now. Won’t be going back here, at least until they have competent employees.Edit: decided to order a few more parts from this location, and of course the same girl forgot to order the parts I need. If ANYONE needs a job, this place will hire you if you can walk and speak. ?

I stopped at the AutoZone in Brockport NY with my engine light on. Joe assisted me in checking the code. I needed a new battery. Joe also checked to make sure my alternator and starter were working properly. After purchasing the new battery, Joe replaced it right then and there! Wonderful service this evening!! Thank you Joe!
