Came with the wrong joystick for grapple bucket I ordered, within a week from bringing it to their attention a service guys showed up in my barn and installed the correct one. I have had several bad experiences with the Deere dealer down the road which pushed me towards Kubota. So fat so good with Bentley Brothers..”

“Top notch customer service. Called two minutes before they closed looking for a starter as I was stranded in a nearby parking lot. Not only did they have the part, but they waited for me to get there so I could buy the part and install it to get home that night. I’m ashamed to say I had called another nearby parts sport beforehand and they weren’t willing to wait 2 minutes to sell me the part they had in stock. Autozone has my business forever.”
