Ive been with her over a year and she only takes cash or check and yet includes the tax. my dogs have sat inside on hot days w no water given to them and not let out for the hours they had sit there to wait. She overbooks with other appointments. I had a noon appointment for our dogs and she told me right away she had other appointments on that Sunday afternoon. I called and texted at 430 pm and she only finished w one dog. The second dog when I picked him up had a tail not done correctly and looked like I had done it myself. Amy yelled at me, asking me what do I want since I have two big dogs. (I always seen her do small dogs) yet she overbooks. Not my fault. I feel she was not being professional and not right she charges tax on cash. I tip well and it wasn't the issue, the issue is she is being dishonest and over books herself. Parking is not fun where there is always heavy traffic and the back parking has a long stairway. I don't recommend her at all.

Am I new to this area and tried the mobile groomer but wasn't happy with her, had the personality of a rock. Amy is friendly , and personable and cares about what you want from her. I brought my 2 bichons to her and she did a fabulous jobVery happy with Amy. I highly recommend

Trimming my dog's nails is not for the faint of heart. But Amy did not let my dog's fidgeting deter her and did a fantastic job.
