My appointment was at 10am and checked in at 2pm. Told me to wait as they don’t have any dock available. Waited till 9 and went to the office again and I’ve been told that the warehouse people doesn’t told them to give me a dock and they’ll be closing at 10:30. Went to the shipping office next day at 8am and been told that the warehouse guys haven’t told them to let me get loaded, talked to 5+ people there and came to know that they give you doors 5-6 hours after your time and sometimes take more than 5 hours just for the paperwork. Went to their office again at 1pm and given a door but it’s been 2 hours and still waiting to get loaded. Hopefully getting loaded this week and then not going to wait another 2-3 days for the paperwork.
No washroom for drivers, only portable toilets.

Very slow on loading and paperwork, I've always been early for my appointment but never once got in before it. Plan on 2 to 3 hours

Del on Sunday.l not for lineage but for allied. Steve was very helpful. In and out within 1 hr. No overnight parking. 7 Eleven in Bergen NY with truck parking.

Took 6h to load after appointment time, don’t let you use their restroom, and loaded me wrong putting all weight in trailer axle

This is the worst Shipper ever! This is the slowest shipper ever. I checked in at 11 AM for 12 PM appointment. I was given a door at 5:38 PM. checked out at 12:45 AM next day do not send your drive for us to this shipper. Horrible place no bathroom no facility no break room .no nothing. I was the last freaking guy to be loaded . Such a nasty disgusting people.

#TruckersIn and out in 90 minutes. Very organized place. Easy check in. Stop in the drive way and call the number to check in.
