“Today my wife and I came to Lowes because we had a problem refilling the cord on our SKILL weed wacker that we purchased a year ago at Lowes Amsterdam. James, Jaden and Andrew helped. ESPECIALLY JAMES!! They were so patient manipulating the difficult design of that SKILL Weed Wacker. Polite, courteous and extremely professional!!! They all deserve a raise in pay in our opinion.
