Come get the tanks you abandoned a year ago.

I called for a refill of my tank on 1/25/22 so that people who are working on my camp will have heat. I was told the delivery would be made on the 26th by someone who did not speak English well and who did not readily understand what I needed until I explained several times. She assured me gas would be delivered on 1/26 at no extra charge. No gas came, so I called the next day and was told it was scheduled to be delivered on 1/29, but there were no guarantees. No gas delivered on 1/29 either. There is zero gas in the tank at this point, so I guess I am at their mercy and they will deliver when they damned well feel like it. I can keep guessing when and if they will come and my workers can continue to freeze. I understand staff shortages and whatnot given the times we live in, but why give me lip service and lies? I wouldn't mind, but I asked that my tank be filled in October in anticipation of the work being done up there (I do not usually use it in the winter) and they only filled it to 60 percent. What part of fill the tank was hard to understand? I will be buying my own tank so I no longer have to put up with this bs. There is no reason why they can not schedule people and give them a true answer of when the service will be provided, other than they don't know what they are doing and don't care to know.

When you call for service you get people who can’t speak English, what happened to talking to local people for service

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I had a refill in October and the driver told me my gauge was broken and a request was submitted to fix it. I called when my tank was low because it felt light at the end of December and my service request was still pending. My tank ran empty and I was charged a $300 emergency fee to have a refill on a tank I couldn’t read. ANOTHER service fee was submitted for my gauge to be fixed in January and I was told my $300 would be refunded. I called multiple times and everyone said it was processed and it was not. Here we are in February, I said my tank was low and it needed to be replaced and filled last week. So they “submitted a request” No one came or called. My tank is now empty AGAIN for the second time and I have to pay another $300. No one knows what they are doing here and no one can connect you to a supervisor. Needless to say, my attorney is now getting involved.
