Cool dealership, sales guy was nice when I walked in showed me some new arrivals. The merch lady is awesome I've know her for a long time and has always been helpful and friendly to talk with, took time to help me find the right size helmet thank you

Had my bike serviced up there last year bike came back with an oil leak found out later they stripped my oil plug but they did take care of it Then my bike was up there all winter storage comes back. Take it for one ride there’s oil all over the bottom of the Engine they left the transmission filler plug loose So they had to pick the bike up once again I understand that accidents happened but two times in a row And the second time they did not even offer me Anything from my inconvenience So on Note, I will not get my bike serviced up there They were supposed to be professionals That’s the third problem I’ve had with that bike first time I did not even have it a month and it left me stranded with a dead battery Three times and I did not even even get offered a free service or a free oil change nothing. That’s all I got

They made me feal like family Dave was very helpful in finding the right motorcycle that fit me best introduced me to all of the people there and I would recommend my friends and family that are lookig to get a bike to go there and become a part of the Harry Davison family

Brought my bike in for service and the customer service and questions answered outstanding. They help me place my bike on my trailer and even provided me some extra straps to ensure it was super secure. Would recommend their service department highly.

Excellent place to do business they have a great staff everyone is very knowledgeable about Harley Davidson products. Not pushy at all my salesman Frank was great felt like I’ve known him for years I highly recommend Adirondack Harley Davidson for things Harley stop in ask for Frank you’ll be glad you did I absolutely love my 2023 Road Glide
