So someone came to help me out and we spent almost 30 min to find a thermostat which supports line voltage. I was amazed by the patience and willingness to help. This is very hard to find these days. I miss the wood creaky floor and the shelves filled with stuff your grandpa would take you to get to fix a leaky pipe in the kitchen . “It's a pretty good local hardware store. It's not huge like the big chains, but they have a decent amount in stock for your regular household maintenance needs. They are pretty friendly and accommodating. I've used them for plumbing and hardware supplies, as well as tools. There is a rewards program and discount offers and you can order ahead for pickup or delivery.”
“My Kohler faucet head broke so I called and spoke to Linda. She said that Kohler would replace the faucet head at no cost. She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way.I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. She took time out of her day to help me even though they would not make a penny on this outcome. Thanks again Linda!”

“One of the better and bigger Ace's I've been to in the area. Great selection with that bigger size as well. I had no issues finding the couple of things I've been looking for each time I've been so far. A little bit more expensive than your typical big box hardware stores around, but this one is not only convenient for the area but also staffs some good employees that were very polite and friendly. Plus shopping through a locally owned store feels a little bit better on the inside too. I write this in the dead of winter, but they seem to have a pretty robust garden center that I'll be eager to peruse once spring rolls around. Huge parking lot all around the building, no problem finding a space.”

“There is something to be said for local shops. I bought the wrong paint and James and Vicky were so accommodating and friendly and helped me out in the return of a custom paint. While we were doing the return and processing the new paint, we shot the breeze and got to know each other. Ill go here first for any home needs I have for the next 20 years. People make a company. And all customers want these days is a sense of community and nice people to talk to. A nice chat and friendly smiles reminded me of why I love living here. Give these two a nice Christmas bonus - they earned a customer for life for your business. Honestly.”
