If this were my staff they’d all be written up or fired. Not a single greeting upon entry, overly consumed with their cell phones, one girl didnt even look up from her phone. It’s sad!

Whenever I go into this store there's a young blue haired girl working, she has to be the nicest employee at this location. Whenever I have a problem with something she always jumps up to help. The other employees that I've had the displeasure of meeting, were either creepy, lazy, or just downright rude. Maybe if they were actually approachable and helped customers like they were supposed to this store wouldn't have such a low rating

This place gets really busy. There's not a lot of room in the parking lot. It's much easier to turn in from Elmwood, and leave out the other side and use the light.

Cry that you never have enough change but when someone tries to get gas with rolls of quarters you can't take them... smh. Its money. You won't get my business again, and I was a regular customer. Rude manager that apparently doesn't like his job.

I come here everyday. Please tell the lazy employees to fill the printer paper when they’re standing there doing nothing all night long. I like to have my receipts for tax purposes and it’s annoying to go in and get it every time

Put a mask on because you’re definitely not behind no plexiglass that young lady needs to put her mask on people come here all the time from the hospital and those employees are treating patients that have Covid it is just mind blowing at the people who don’t think this is real until their loved one passes away

I filled up today, then went inside the store. The clerk was sitting behind the counter, no mask. The plexiglass is up higher, so even that did absolutely no good. I asked her if she was supposed to be wearing a mask, and she told me she didn't have to behind the counter and that is company policy. Before leaving - without buying anything - I told her that NY State DOES have a mask requirement. I really don't feel the need to get sick from a snotty, rude clerk. I will never, ever, go to this store again, and I'll do my best to avoid the entire chain.
