my move in day was "completely" problem free! the staff could not have been more helpful and extremely friendly. I have rented space at the same location before and the service and attention from the staff was easily first class ++. the web site reservation process was very easy to navigate, pick a unit to rent and process the rental/lease agreement. To me, the entire process could not have been easier, professional, extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased.

B&C storage is awesome the units are clean the area is very well cared for . If there is an issue it is addressed right away. The staff in the office are so nice and kind very patient they explain everything .I wish everyone treated me as kind as these ladies do. They should be proud of themselves. I would recommend this facility to everyone !!

The facility is nice and move in was easy. However when I got there the unit was actually much smaller than the 5’x15’ space that was promised. Because I had a moving truck I needed to return I had to make everything fit but I was disappointed to be paying for a unit that was smaller than what was promised.

Just moved my first load of stuff into my new storage unit at B&C Storage. So far so good! Their employee staffing the phone has been great; I've talked to her twice; once about a month ago when I was deciding on a storage facility; and once a few weeks ago after I reserved my unit on-line. She walked me through their contact-free move-in process over the phone, with receipt and instructions later received by email. It was exactly how she described it. They also had building maps on their website and a demo on how to open the building; ..secure your unit; ..etc. When I opened my unit, there was a welcome package with another instruction sheet, as well as a brand new padlock; and a B&C logo key-ring. They had even thought about how I would open the hard plastic padlock packaging on arrival, and had pre-sliced it open for me..! (Otherwise it would have been a challenge to open it, so I really appreciated that courtesy.) This is a new place (for me; and I think for them, too) so I can't yet comment on things like security or bug-control. They don't have an exterior security fence, like the last storage place I rented from. (Perhaps that is yet-to-be-added?) And a spider ran into my unit when I first arrived. So I'll see how it all goes, but so far they've been great!

Clean, reasonable storage. Well lit at night if you have to be there later.
