Very rude lady refused me service despite my willingness to provide several forms of ID, saying she won’t accept anyone who has an expired license, even though I just turned 21, and I explained the grace period allowed on expired state issued ID’s, and that the DMV is on back order for months to even get an appointment. Awful, embarrassing customer service, and unwilling to help even when I said I’d call the literal DMV to prove expired ID’s have a grace period. Whoever hired this one did a great job.??♂️

Turned 21 a couple of months ago, and have bought alcohol elsewhere plenty of times, and because I refuse to pay to update my license to the horizontal lisense, they refused to let me purchase from them. Even though it was clearly stated the date of my birthday, and anyone who can do simple math can see that I am in fact over 21. I just thought it would be nice to have a store closer to home. Guess not.
