“Okay- I already loved all things J.McLaughlin online, but finding an actual store (close to my old hometown) was like a dream come true! There are none where I live out west. First, I was offered a glass of the Wolffer Estate Rose "Summer in a Bottle". Delish. Then Helene, the store manager, proceeded to knock my socks off with her excellent customer service. She listened to what I mentioned about my taste, and was very proactive in helping me find pieces that were perfect for me, and that I had never seen online. She is delightful to work with, and I plan to make all my future purchases through her, as she helps me with sizing and style. I'm so grateful I found this store!”

“I brought my young children in to pick out birthday presents for me the other day. Jo, the owner, was just fabulous! Not only did she help them find very modest gifts, which I thought reflected highly on her character, but she treated the kids with dignity, engagement and delight as she personally wrapped each package of socks my boys had selected... exactly to each of their different specifications!!! I saw some other bigger ticket items while I was there and added them happily to our purchases. It felt great supporting a local business and the store's inventory is fantastic! Very chic things as well as comfy and functional. In this day of click-purchasing online, how refreshing to buy in person in an environment where there's great choice and no pressure. Prices were not discounted but they also weren't inflated. Highly recommend you check this shop out!!!”
