After years of telling myself I need to check out Wild Bird Crossing, I finally went there today. It's a cozy little shop and they had everything I was looking for. Michael, the man who was working there when I visited, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me different bird seed options, and he recommended a couple that would fit well with my feeder setup. They supply bird houses, birdbaths, feeders, food, windchimes, and much more. I'm looking forward to future visits!

We have been going to Wild Bird Crossing for 3 years and have always had a fantastic experience. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful! I wouldn't shop any place else for our bird needs.

I visited the store during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the service was just as fantastic. Although I couldn't enter the store to shop for a Mother's Day gift, the gentleman who helped me was so patient and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Thank you for continuing to serve the community!

Does not look like much when you walk past this store, but once inside you will soon discover what makes this place terrific. Simply put, Michael & Bruce know their stuff. No matter what you are looking for: from bird feeders to birdbaths, from a broad assortment high quality, pure feeds to a warmer that prevent your birdbath from freezing in winter... if it isn't in the store, they can get it for you. And once you buy, they will even walk it out to your car and put it in your trunk! What else could you want? Definitely worth the drive... definitely a local merchant worth supporting... an increasing rarity on the South Fork.

I just use couple times when i need machines faster but i think is better and more clean in hampton bays and westahampton the machines i. Palace place is so dirty

Love this place and have been going there for years. They are consistently helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a wonderful selection of products for all year. It's like the "Mom and Pop" shop we miss in the city but with sophistication. They have seed for patios that won't leave black shells, and every conceivable type of feeder and bird house. If you love feeding birds you'll love going here.
