Took 20 minutes to get someone to notice me, and 1.5 hours to actually get help. This staff doesn't multitask, they could be helping more than one person while data dumping. Ill suggest doing it online it takes far less time they can move your data is about 10 minutes

Willie was so friendly and efficient!!I accidentally deleted all my data this morning and Willie was able to recovery everything perfectly within 5 minutes!! I am coming back here to get my new phone for sure!!

My experience upgrading our three iPhones at the Bridgehampton Verizon store was extraordinary. This was due to the fabulous customer service we received from Lizzie who made our new phone upgrade incredibly easy and quick. All our thanks to Lizzie!

Lizzie is amazing, she really knows her stuff. She was extremely knowledgeable and got our three iPhones upgraded to new 15 Pros. She went above and beyond and was incredibly efficient. She handled all members of our family. Honestly, this is the only Verizon store I want to deal with going forward! :)

This was a bad experience. The salesman lied to me. My bill jumped 70 dollars couldnt see it until it was to late. The charge of course. Plus when I was buying the new phone he told me there was not a charger included. He hid it back in the box. I found out later when I got home. Then he tried to take the extra part of my otter box, the part that clips on to your belt, and said I figured you didnt want it. Im like I just paid for it. Of course I want it. Clearly he was going to resell it. Theres a lot of resellers out there. I remember when this store was Go Wireless Verizon. Avoid this place. Now every month I get billed twice for the same amount and I have to get on the phone with customer service to get the second charge sent back to me. Nightmare. This place is trash. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Lizzie the best she is a good one. Between her and Willy (I been dealing with him for a list 8 years) they both great in other hand the new Manager Kim. The worst bad attitude, to to the clients like she own the place.
