I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years here and I have nothing but the best to say about my experiences here. All of the postal workers are very kind, helpful and professional. Needed to take a minute and give a 5-star rating after seeing the negative ratings posted here. During our visit, the people working at this location weren't only knowledgeable and efficient, they also took the time to explain the mural on the wall to my 5-year old twins, taught them about mail/stamps/processes, and did all of the above with a smile. I never imagined I would be writing a review about the USPS but the people there went above and beyond and were very helpful! Keep up the great work!!!!

There are usually long lines, and some staff can be pleasant, but others working there are insulting and obnoxious.

I've found the staff there to be extremely friendly and helpful so not sure what anyone else is talking about but probably another j*** giving us NYC transplants a bad name. 5 star service all the way at the Bridgehampton Post Office!!!

Terrible service. Tried calling to ask a simple question and was greeted with very rude and short answers. Would barely even let me finish my question before they were interjecting.

I agree. Terrible people. They are most unfriendly people I ever met in any USPS. They are absolutely not willing to help you. This supposedly is a public service and customer service. I will try to avoid this place if i can. What a shame!

Literally the meanest people in the world, I'm pregnant and was there trying to get a package mistakenly sent to my home address. They refused to hand it over and were incredibly rude! How can our tax dollars go towards such horrible employees. What a shame!

The people who live here year round knows that Bridgehampton is the best with over 90 plus years of experience. People.....if you DO NOT HAVE A POST OFFICE BOX THEN IT WILL GO BACK!!!!! So if you come to Bridgehampton 11932, Sagaponack 11962, Wainscott 11975, or Amagansett 11930 you need a post office box. No street delivery AT ALL!!!!! Stop making the workers lives so hard when they tell you the truth about sending your packages or mail back. Listen to them when they speak. Get a post office box ASAP ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‰
