Rude! Zero customer service! I WAS a long time shopper at all of the Nibi locations until I had an issue with one dress (it was defective). I tried to exchange it for the same exact dress and the staff accused me of wearing the dress and trying to return it! Who does that? And why would I ask to exchange it for the exact same dress? She completely dismissed me and actually embarrassed me in front of the other customers with this crazy accusation. I left a message for Kristen the owner thinking maybe she'd rectify the situation but I never heard back from her. There are plenty of other (and nicer) stores near all of their locations. Don't waste your time or money at Nibi.

Cute items but not worth the costumer service experience... I don't normally leave reviews, but the young woman behind the desk at West Hampton Beach Nibi was unfortunately rude and icy, unprovoked. Not a shopping experience I was used to visiting here from San Francisco, CA. I've worked in customer service and the individuals who work a store are meant to reflect the store owners envisioned experience and overall customer service morals... if this is the case not worth supporting this vision with your dollars. There are many stores just like this on the street with a kinder warmer experience! No need to be walking on eggshells when you are in someone's store.

An extremely disappointing experience. Our experience at NIBI Westhampton ruined our free afternoon. I am sure the manager is trying to train her employees to be very strict but this went beyond. The minute you touch your card to pay there is no refund even if goods are defective and you have not left the store. I will not be shopping there again nor will I ever recommend NIBI due to disrespectful and baiting behavior such as we experienced. No clothes can make up for the Westhampton Beach boutique. Skip NIBI there are 5 other same type boutiques on Main St run by helpful and customer oriented young adults.

Love this little boutique! Rachel is super knowledgeable about the brands and helpful, I would love to stop in and shop with her again.
