Okay- I already loved all things J.McLaughlin online, but finding an actual store (close to my old hometown) was like a dream come true! There are none where I live out west. First, I was offered a glass of the Wolffer Estate Rose "Summer in a Bottle". Delish. Then Helene, the store manager, proceeded to knock my socks off with her excellent customer service. She listened to what I mentioned about my taste, and was very proactive in helping me find pieces that were perfect for me, and that I had never seen online. She is delightful to work with, and I plan to make all my future purchases through her, as she helps me with sizing and style. I'm so grateful I found this store!
