“The group classes at Equinox Hamptons literally changed my life! After trying all of the other gym pop ups this summer I tried equinox a few weeks ago and I’ve already lost fat and gained muscle and definition!!! I took classes with WAZ and his high intensity training mixed with his motivation has gotten me results without even changing my diet or anything else in my life. There’s a range of classes with a great roster of trainers. I can only imagine what results I’d have if I started in the beginning of the season!!! I’ll make sure to book my classes in advance next summer. Also, it’s very clean, the staff is very professional and courteous and I appreciate being able to workout outside in the Fresh Air.”

54280 Main Rd, Southold“I’ve belonged to many gyms over the years and Body Smart is the best one I’ve ever belonged to. The people are great and the workouts will get you in shape. Highly recommend joining here!”
“Oh but if only more gyms understood the fine art on a solid, balanced HIIT workout the way the folks at Truth do. Whenever I'm back out east seeing friends, Truth is my daily morning ritual.”

The day price is 25$ which is a little to high I got a week pass for 90$ which also just way to high most gyms do free pass for day or 10$ a day. I was at a gym in Lake George weekly pass was 60$ but I liked the place overall was clean and staff was friendly.”
“If you’re a barre/fitness studio snob like me, try Elements Barre Fit in Upper East Side!Just took the Barre/Tone class in the morning for the first time. The sequencing works out every part of your body from head to toe: arms (with weights!!), thighs (with bands), legs (with the ball) on the barre , and abs/glutes (with band/ball) before cool down. I appreciated the fact that they stretch you out throughly, before, during and after the workout. The instructor (Melanie) has high energy and clear instructions. I would love to try their dance classes. The studio is immaculate and spacious. It’s also very pretty and clean. Hard to find boutique studios that are so large!Overall it was a perfect workout to start my morning in NYC while visiting from out of town (and feeling extremely tired and sore) from inevitably walking around in my high heels all day the day before!”
“Great workout that is exactly like the Barry’s workout you get in the city. With limited options in the Hampton, this is your best best to get a great workout.Downsides:-really bad acoustics-no changing room-50 dollars a head with no water included (ridiculous price gouging going on here)-not the same Barry’s experience. (Aka not that red room feel. Tons of light etc)”
“Taylor is the best SLT instructor!!! 100% would recommend her class to anyone. She makes it challenging but yet suggests modifications to cater to both beginners and vets. I always feel great leaving her class!”

395 County Rd 39A Unit 4, Southampton“Went here for a day pass on 12/26 and the gym is great. Excellent equipment, great dumbbells, multiple squat racks. This will be my go-to gym when I’m out in the Hamptons”
5:30AM - 9:30PM
1 Bay St, Sag Harbor“It is a small gym, but has all of the equipment that you will need, many treadmills, bikes etc the usual StairMasters, also has a dedicated weight room as well as a dedicated stretching room that has a few extra pieces of equipment in it as well. Also has which I believe is one of its best features a hot sauna and is located actually on the docks of the town so a decent view from the back when you're working out there. Staff staff are helpful. It is a little on the expensive side typically about $100 a month unless you get one of their frequently running specials that run for about 90 days or so that reduce it by $20.”
“Gotham Gym is my home away from home -- I first came into the gym a year and a half ago to lose some weight, have a fun workout, and improve my boxing technique, and have completely fallen in love with the sport thanks to the team at Gotham. The Hamptons location in particular is an extremely laid back, welcoming, and inclusive community, and I've learned a ton about the sweet science and had fun doing it -- special thanks to trainers Tom, Brandon, Lucas, Luis, and Trish for the fantastic work.”
