“Frank Helped me out.I bought a warranty when purchasing my phone from these guys, but ended up not needing it.I contacted the Warranty website through email and phone, but they told me they can't help me. So I emailed Frank and his team, and he was very helpful. Told me he'd talk to their manager, which worked. I got refunded in a timely manner.I'm very appreciative because they could have told me: good luck, but he helped me out and had great communication via email.The phone works fine, no problems.Thanks Mr. Hasan!!”
